Polygon
The Polygon team engaged Talk Shop to train their team how to deliver an exceptional customer experience. They wanted their team to represent the Polygon brand and they needed a team of outside experts to teach both the hard and soft skills required and to put students through real-life practice scenarios.
Our Approach:
We broke out training into three key pillars, and trained the Polygon team on verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, how to identify customer archetypes and navigate tough customer conversations. Our training took place over two engaging in-person sessions and the team walked away feeling confident they could handle every customer interaction in a way that positively represented the company brand.
