The Ask:

StreetSide Developments was in search of a strategic partner to elevate their Juno project through paid search and social media channels. They needed to increase brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and support home sales while maintaining a consistent brand message across all digital platforms.

Our Approach:

To meet StreetSide's goals, we crafted a comprehensive strategy that combined paid social media on Meta and TikTok with a targeted Google Ads campaign. The approach was designed to increase visibility, engagement, and traffic by focusing on key audience segments such as parents, realtors, and potential buyers. Our organic efforts were aligned with paid strategies to ensure a consistent and engaging presence across all channels.


Results & Reaction:

Our integrated strategy resulted in 4.4 million impressions on Meta platforms and 3.4 million impressions on TikTok. The Google Ads campaign further amplified reach, generating nearly 6 million impressions. These efforts not only drove significant traffic, with over 61,000 link clicks from Google Ads alone, but also resulted in meaningful engagement on social media, boosting the overall effectiveness of the campaign.
