MOSAIC Homes approached Talk Shop in 2012 to help support with marketing communications and media relations. Since then, the relationship has evolved, and now spans multiple service areas, including Social Media and Media Relations. Since 2022, Talk Shop has been primarily focused on project marketing efforts, securing brand-propelling media coverage that generates qualified leads.

Over the past 10+ years, our dedicated team of digital and media relations communicators has worked closely with MOSAIC’s leadership and marketing teams, supporting project launches and sales, community activations and other initiatives. Results & Reaction:

From 2018-2023, MOSAIC’s Instagram channel has achieved 16% average follower growth annually, totalling an 87% increase over the last five years. Between 2022 - 2023, Talk Shop garnered significant media coverage from key publications for new project launches, both in print and digital, including the Vancouver Sun, New Home + Condo Guide, and local newspapers, generating mass awareness, significant traffic increases and leads to the MOSAIC Homes’ website.
